| Maintenance Contracts |

Warranty support: Post installation, the equipment is covered under warranty. During this period, apartfromresponding to service calls / support, CURA ensures optimum performance of the equipment by scheduling PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service).
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC): This service is effected by a contract entered between the customer and CURA, for post warranty service support. In broad terms, the service offered includes technical support, PMS and break down service support. This service excludes all components and spare parts support.
- Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC): Under this post-warranty contract, the equipment is covered for maintenance including spares and X-ray tube
- On Demand Service Support (ODSS): This is post-warranty service support extended to our customers who are not covered by any other service contract. Depending on the nature of the service offered, hourly rated service charges are levied.
