CURA has a team of 50+ service and support personnel strategically located in different cities across India, ready to respond to the needs of the customers. Service processes are ISO certified and the service engineers are subjected to hands-on-training sessions to hone their skills.
Service Operations
The Vice President heads the service operations and he is supported by a Director for the domestic field operations. CURA has its European operations as well as South East Asian operations, serving reputed clients with support for their high end radiology equipment.
Domestic Support is well structured with 24x7 call response facility and tier one tele-support. A one point contact ensures seamless communication between customer and the service team. Industry’s best practices are incorporated to minimize the response time and ensure maximum uptime of the equipment.
A large inventory of essential spares is maintained to minimize equipment downtime. The stores are covered by ISO certified processes and all components are thoroughly tested and passed through QA tests before being shipped to the site.
A well coordinated logistics team supports the service team by rushing in the required equipment / spares to the site, as and when required.
The Repair Shop
To effectively support the service team, CURA has established an in-house Quality Assurance & Repair facility. The repair shop is an integral part of the Service division at CURA. Some of the PCBs and assemblies required for the field engineers are repaired in the repair shop. The repair shop is a fully equipped ESD environment, housing state-of-the-art hi-tech electronic test benches and simulators.
