The Service teams at CURA follow an unique pattern of support which can be broadly classified into the following categories:
Pre-sales Support
  • Pre-sales Support begins during the closing stages for a deal and this process ensures that the proposed site meets the minimum requirements.
  • This support is rendered to all our prospective customers and customers who are planning a project.
After Sales Support
After Sales Support begins when the Customer has placed a firm order for an Equipment / Service.
Pre-installation Support
  • The Pre- installation site visit is one of the first milestones. The engineer surveys the site to ensure compatibility for the equipment that has been ordered. This process includes designing the site plan taking into consideration the existing facilities and work environment for the system to function smoothly. After careful analysis, the recommendations / modifications / requirements for the site is handed over to the customer.

  • Supervisory assistance is provided, during the modification / civil works. Continuous follow-up ensures that the site is ready and in accordance to the manufacturer’s specifications for smooth installation.
Installation Support
  • CURA engages a dedicated logistics team to have the equipment professionally shipped to the site. This is an important process, taking into consideration the harsh road conditions and the sensitivity of the components.
  • Utmost care is taken to ensure that the equipment reaches the site in immaculate condition. It is then unloaded at site and carefully moved into the installation area.
  • CURA’s professionally trained and experienced service engineers begin the installation protocols and as soon as it is completed, the equipment is put through a series of rigorous tests to ensure functionality.
  • Upon successful completion of all tests leading to satisfactory functioning, the equipment is handed over to the customer.
Post-installation Support
Post installation, the application training team steps in to provide end-user training and also to fine-tune the system for optimum performance. CURA has a team of application specialists with specialization in MRI, CT, CR, DR & Mammography systems.

Post installation, the service team offers support under the following categories:
  • Warranty Support
  • Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
  • Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC)
  • On Demand Service Support (ODSS)
  • Pre-owned Equipment Support
Pre-owned Equipment Support
  • Apart from providing service support for the equipment that we install, we also provide 3rd party support. This includes pre-installation, installation as well as post-installation support. This service support is rendered for all locations in India as well as European Union, Russia, Middle East, Africa & ASEAN countries.
  • CURA has the expertise and actively provides support for MRI installation. This includes ensuring adherence to site specifications, de-installation of CT / MRI (if required), rigging and commissioning.
