Induction into the team :
Every team member is inducted into the team in the presence of all the Curians at the Head Office. This is followed by self introduction and getting to know each other.
 
Probation and Grooming:
Depending on the sales, service or administrative profile, the candidate is groomed to meet the standards set by the organization. This delicate process of grooming is done under the direct supervision of seniors in the same profile.
 
Confirmation as a Curian:
Upon successful completion of the probationary period (which is a mandatory minimum period of six months), the candidate is acknowledged as a CURIAN and is assigned with full responsibilities that makes his / her profile.
 
Understanding the profile:
